IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY AND PLANNING

We will prepare a comprehensive set of project plans that detail the implementation strategy and scope as well as execution-level plans. The planning documents include project charter, scope management, risk management, master schedule, change management, governance and teams, communication, training, technical, and financial management. We will lead organizational change workshops to assure executive and stakeholder alignment to the project goals and plans.

PMO, PROJECT GOVERNANCE, AND TEAMS

Next, we will establish your internal PMO to equip your organization with the processes, governance models, and tools necessary for successful project execution. Additionally, we’ll help you build high-performance ERP teams that best suit your organizational needs and project demands.

We’ll also help you structure your executive committee, steering committee, core team, and subject-matter expert groups. We will then work with you to execute backfilling and cross-training plans to assure business continuity and core team contingency options.

FOUNDATIONAL TRAINING, WORKSHOPS, AND ROADSHOWS

We train ERP teams on business processing best-practices and the implementation methodology to assure alignment on the future-state vision and the tasks that lie ahead. We also lead roadshows and workshops to communicate the implementation plan, upcoming changes, and impacts to affected business units and stakeholder groups.
